I am a native to the Lynchburg area and understand the local market. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and have held several positions over the years, that include loan officer assistant, loan closer, loan processor, and an underwriter. My knowledge on the backend of the mortgage industry, helps assist my clients on finding the right loan product that will fit their needs and their budget. My background also allows me be proactive and know what is needed upfront, to get loan approval. I understand the importance of having a pre-qualification letter upfront and feel like my clients and Realtors can have confidence in the letter that is issued. It is important to know what questions to ask upfront and what documentation is needed. I am experienced with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and VA State Bond programs. I can also can originate refinances, second homes, and investment properties. I understand the importance of communicating with my clients and their Realtors throughout the home buying process.
